Returns and Exchange Policy

 

 Guidelines

  • Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Footwear cannot have been worn or show signs of wear
  • Footwear shipped to us showing signs of wear will not be accepted

 Process

  • Forward an email to us prior to shipping any Returns or Exchanges
  • A return email will be sent with the necessary shipping information
  • Footwear received will be inspected to verify usage and wear
  • Footwear following the wear guideline will be accepted
  • Footwear NOT following the wear guideline will be rejected
  • Rejected footwear will be shipped back to the customer at their expense 
  • The only cost for Returns will be the shipping expense.  No restocking expense
